How did you come up with the idea for this business?
Over many years of thinking around 15 years in fact. The love of shoes, and socks, and just foot products in general. You only get one pair of feet so you better look after them, plus we believe that if your feet are happy than so is the rest of your body. Your feet effect all of your body, and your disposition.

What makes your business unique?
No other person has tried to build a business based on the foot. We have Dentist for teeth, but no person has tried to open a business based on the foot, and foot products.

What kind of people (or businesses) are your customers?
Our target market is 25-45 and mostly woman, but we do sell to all ages and gender.

What are your goals for your business in one year's time?
To double our sales, and increase our profits.

What are your goals for the business five years from now?
Be more of a shoe store but still sell some foot products. Have more than one location of Canadian Foot Boutique. A duplicate of the first store.

Would you like to provide any comments or testimonials you have you received from clients/customers?
Customers enjoy being greated by our small dog Clifford, in a friendly and warm, old fashion, family environment. Course we always ask people if they are affraid of dogs and if so we put the dog away. I have had a few Europeans visiting Brantford, and family in the area that enjoy visiting my store perhapes it is more of what they are used to. We always thank the customer for visiting our store even if they do not purchase anything and we always invite them back. The bigger stores do not have this personal touch.
