The office coordinates bookings for the following facilities:
- Brant Sports Complex
- Burford Community Centre
- South Dumfries Community Centre
- Syl Apps Community Centre
- Paris Lawn Bowling Clubhouse
- St. George Memorial Hall
- Green Lane Park
- Ball Diamonds
- Soccer Fields
- Picnic Shelters/Areas
All other Community Halls are booked independently: Airport, Bethel, Cainsville, Langford, Mt. Pleasant, Pinegrove & Howell, Oakland, Onondaga, Glen Morris, St. George Lawn Bowling Club
