Pre-Authorized Tax Payment Plan
Two types of tax pre-payment plans allow your tax payments to be automatically withdrawn from your bank account on pre-determined dates: Monthly Automatic Tax Payment Plan or Automatic Due Date Tax Payment Plan.

Monthly Automatic Tax Payment Plan (11 monthly payments)
Monthly payments are either on the 1st or 15th of each month. The 11 month payment plan begins in January and continues monthly through to November. No payments are necessary for December. Contact the Tax department if you want to start mid-year.

The first monthly payments are calculated by the County based on previous year's taxes and are deducted from your bank account in accordance with your authorization. The final payments are calculated on the final amount due based on approved current tax rates. You are notified by mail of your monthly payment amount on your final tax bill. Plans started through the year are pro-rated.

Registrations for this plan must be received one month prior to your first desired deduction date.

Automatic Due Date Tax Payment Plan
Payments are withdrawn on the regular tax due dates.

Registrations for this plan must be received one month prior to the due date on which you want to start with the plan.
