Please be advised that Watt’s Pond Trail will be closed Tuesday, October 14 and Wednesday, October 15 for trail maintenance and reconstruction work.

For your safety, please avoid the area and respect all posted signage during this time. The trail will reopen once work is complete.

Dundas Street East Road Improvements Update

The Dundas Street East reconstruction project continues! Here’s your update:

• Dundas Street East work will occur between Curtis Avenue and the intersection of Dundas Street East and Paris Road and continue for approximately 500 meters on Governors Road.
• Work will also occur from Dundas Street East and head south on Paris Road to the intersection of Paris Road and Oak Park Road (note: a roundabout will be included to enhance this intersection in approximately 2028).

Downtown Dig – Project Update October 10, 2025

Things are happening Downtown!  The Dig continues!

Accomplishments from the last two (2) weeks include:

• Street light conduit - 95%
• Hydro primary line - 95%
• Cobblestone Commons investigation for hydro - 100% complete
• Road base gravel placement - 85% complete
• West side curb - 100% complete
• Landscaping - 20% complete

Anticipated work over the next two (2) weeks include:

• Street light work continues
• Street light poles on west side are expected to arrive shortly and will be installed
