Meadow and Tree Maintenance at Watt's Pond

Please note the County of Brant is conducting routine meadow maintenance for meadow habitat preservation at 816 Watt’s Pond (Hartley Ave).
General tree clean up and maintenance will also occur in the coming weeks to address hazardous trees and invasive species along Watts Pond.
Natural meadows are an important feature of our biodiversity and natural heritage, offering urban habitat for rare bird species as well as many pollinating insects that need meadows and open grassland to thrive.

Reason: Sanitary Sewer Repairs
Notes:
- Market Street will be temporarily closed at Wellington Street
- No access to Market Street from Wellington Street, no through traffic
- 23 - 25 Market Street will have no access to their driveways, park on Wellington Street
- 17 - 22 Market Street access from Spruce Street

Paris Roads Winter Cleanup

The Paris Roads Department will begin winter cleanup later this week with curbside and sidewalk sweeping.
Residents are reminded to obey parking signs and avoid parking overnight in areas that are posted no parking from 4:00 am to 7:00 am.
Bylaw enforcement will be proactively enforcing these areas over the next week to allow road crews to properly access the area for winter cleanup.
