- West River Street between Mechanic Street and Broadway Street West
Work Dates:
- Monday, April 7 to late July 2025, end date to be determined
Work Preformed by:
- BEECH Infrastructure Group Ltd. for County of Brant
Reason:
- Full road reconstruction including replacement of watermain, storm, sanitary sewer, and road resurfacing.
Details:
- No through traffic
- Local access will be maintained
- Emergency access will be maintained

The tennis season is almost here! Tennis courts are open annually from mid-April until Thanksgiving weekend.
To use the tennis courts in Paris and St. George, a key is required. Residents can obtain one for $21.47 per family, which is good for the whole year.

Did you know that the Grand Erie Public Health offers free well water testing for residents whose drinking water comes from a private well?
Water samples are tested for two types of bacteria: total coliforms and E. coli.
- Total coliforms. These bacteria are often found in animal waste, sewage, soil and vegetation. If they are in your drinking water, it means contaminated surface water may be entering your well.
