Automated Speed Enforcement is coming to the County of Brant

Through the Brant Safe Streets Strategy, the County of Brant is taking action to reduce speeding and enhance road safety for all users by implementing Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) systems.
“Speeding has been an ongoing concern that is frequently voiced by County residents,” said Mayor David Bailey. “By employing Automated Speed Enforcement, we are confirming our commitment to keeping our residents safe.”

Forest Drive Park Closure - October 2

Please be advised that starting October 2, Forest Drive Park in Paris will be closed for renovations, with the closure expected to last until approximately October 21. The planned work includes the removal of old playground equipment and the installation of a new playground with concrete boards. The area where the old playground stood will be filled and seeded with grass.

County of Brant Firefighters will conduct a controlled burn this Saturday, September 28, 2024, to train firefighters and officers in fire attack strategies and fire dynamics.
