Festivals and Events Ontario (FEO): The County of Brant selects marquee events to feature on our FEO profile.

Online Calendar: Submit your event to events.brant.ca to reach a wider audience.

Digital Newsletter (Selected Events Only): Your event may be featured in our digital newsletter, which is sent to all County of Brant subscribers.
Print Promotions
We’re pleased to offer a seasonal promotional schedule for Special Events in 2025, which includes the following:

Printed Newsletters: Selected events will be featured in the County of Brant’s quarterly printed newsletter, mailed to all County of Brant residences.

Posters: Large, seasonal posters highlighting events are printed and displayed at key community locations four times a year (March, May, August, November).

Flyers: We create letter-sized flyers every 2-3 months to distribute in our community centres, customer service offices, and facilities.

| To be featured in our Winter promotional package, submit your events to the online calendar by November 15 |

- Your submission on the online calendar serves as the entry point for consideration in our special event promotional package.
Please note, we only accept listings for events located within the County of Brant and the City of Brantford. However, the promotional package is exclusively for events occurring in the County of Brant.
