The County's Community Services Guides contain valuable information for members of the community regarding the many programs offered to toddlers, children, youth, adults and seniors. Sponsor Family Day in Brant! Public Skates and Kinder Play
|
Each year, the County of Brant celebrates Family Day and offers public skates at the Brant Sports Complex, Burford Community Centre and Gaukel Memorial Community Centre in addition to Kinderplay being offered at Syl Apps Community Centre. Family Day Sponsorship will be recognized at the community centres, on the County of Brant website, and through County of Brant social media channels.
*Please note: Sponsoring Family Day will include ALL locations for skates and Kinderplay.

The Kinderplay program is offered weekly at the Syl Apps Community Centre and the Scotland Community Centre. Sponsoring a Kinderplay session will provide free access to participants on selected day. Public skating is offered weekly at the Burford Community Centre and Gaukel Memorial Community Centre for approximately 20 weeks out of the year and all year round at the Brant Sports Complex. Public skating is also offered on PA Days and over March Break.
Public skating sponsorship will be recognized at the community centres, and in the Spring Summer and Fall Winter Leisure Guide. |

The County of Brant hosts a number of Summer Camps throughout July & August. Summer Fun Camp, Ultimate Camp Adventures, and a number of specialty camps operate out of Burford, Paris, Scotland, St. George. Sponsoring a camper will provide a child in need with FREE registration for a week of camp, pizza lunch & a reusable County of Brant branded water bottle. Your contribution will be acknowledged on the County of Brant website, and through County of Brant social media channels. The camper, and their family will be notified of your contribution.

| Sponsor a Swim To Survive |
Swimming is a fundamental life skill that everyone should have the opportunity to learn. In the ongoing efforts to increase water-safety awareness throughout Brant, the Paris Community Pool and both the Brant Haldimand Norfolk Catholic District School Board and Grand Erie District School Board have partnered with the Lifesaving Society to offer Swim to Survive programs to students in grade 3 and grade 7. The program teaches students the necessary life skills needed to stay safe in an unexpected fall into water, and tips on how to stay safe near the water. This program is offered free of charge to students. Additional sponsorship funds will go towards transportation costs to bring students to the Paris Community Pool. Your contribution will be acknowledged on the County of Brant website, and through County of Brant social media channels. Additionally, your company name and logo will be included on school newsletters sent from the Paris Community Pool. |

If there is an opportunity available your business can also participate by being present for an event or providing promotional materials/giveaways. |

Its important that all children, youth, adults and seniors in the community have the chance to access recreation and leisure services. Financial assistance for most drop-in and registered programs is available to residents who qualify. Your sponsorship will support these residents financially in accessing recreation programs and/or leisure services within the County of Brant. Your contribution will be acknowledged on the County of Brant website, and through the County of Brant social channels. |
