Mobile Refreshment Sales

The County of Brant licenses all mobile refreshment sales under the business licensing bylaw.

This includes:

• Selling refreshments to the public from a vehicle, cart or structure that has not been assessed as commercial
• Includes but not limited to catering trucks, chip wagons, hot dog carts and ice-cream vendors
• Does not include self-serve vending machines

Please complete a Refreshment Sales License Application with the required documentation and submit online.
