Fireworks Bylaw and Permits

Fireworks in Canada are regulated under Canada's Explosives Act and its accompanying Regulations, which set out the rules for the manufacture, storage, sale, and use of fireworks across the country.

In the County of Brant, residents may discharge fireworks, provided the display complies with the requirements outlined in the Explosives Act and the County of Brant Fireworks Bylaw.
