Skateboarding

Skateboarding can be a great way to have fun and exercise. However, there are some areas where skateboarding is prohibited including:

  • Within the Business Improvement Area in Paris
  • Along Lorimer Street, St. George
  • Along Main Street between High Street and Beverly Street, St. George

Skateboarding is encouraged at one of the four public skate parks:

  • Two Rivers Stadium, 2 Elm Street, Paris
  • South Dumfries Community Centre, 7 Gaukel Drive, St. George
  • Burford Community Centre, 14 Potter Drive, Burford
  • Mount Pleasant Park, 555 Burtch Road, Mt. Pleasant
