Complex Care-Brant Community Healthcare System
People with complex care needs are admitted to the program when their care needs should be addressed in a multidisciplinary hospital setting. Complex care patients often need highly-skilled, technology-based care.

Stedman Community Hospice
We know that it is often a very difficult and emotional decision for a patient or family member to know when to contact the Hospice for care and support. We want everyone to know that we are here for them, regardless of age, illness, race or economic status. In fact, it is our hope that people contact the Hospice from the very moment of diagnosis of a life-limiting illness, even if they may have many years to live.
