Request Alternate Formats and Assistance
We offer documents and information in alternate formats. Upon request, we will provide or arrange for accessible formats and communication supports in consultation with the person making the request.
Assistive devices
People with disabilities can use assistive devices to help them access information and services. If a person cannot access the County's information or services using their assistive device, we will:
- Determine if service or facility is inaccessible, based upon individual requirements
- Review service delivery and options to meet the needs of the individual
- Tell the person about an alternative service and how they can access the service, temporarily or on a permanent basis
