Snow Buddies

Unfortunately, we have seen a decline in individuals registering to assist with our Snow Buddies program. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue the program.

Here are a few helpful tips that we would like to share to find assistance with snow removal in your area:

• Reach out through local social media platforms such as Facebook or Instagram. Many community groups exist online and can be an effective way to connect with residents.
• Create a flyer and post it at local schools, places of worship, and community bulletin boards.
• Connect with neighbourhood youth who may be available to help, and let family, friends, and neighbours know you are seeking assistance.
• Contact local snow removal or landscaping companies early, as many offer residential snow-clearing services.
