Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct of the County of Brant ensures that the County council conducts its business in a suitable and proper manner. The code specifies the procedures for formal and informal complaints. Any formal complaints regarding potential violations of the Code of Conduct or sections 5, 5.1, or 5.2 of the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act, 1990, must be submitted in writing by a verifiable individual directly to the integrity commissioner at:

Conflict of Interest Registry
As per the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act, the municipality is obligated to uphold a public registry as of March 1, 2019, containing all declared pecuniary interests of Council members and members of the Committee of Adjustment. This registry contains the original written declaration submitted by the member and is accessible to the public. The complete registry, including the written statements, is available to be viewed at the Paris Customer Service office in the Clerks’ office.
