Purchasing Policy

The County of Brant Purchasing Bylaw oversees the purchasing of goods and services by the corporation.

The Purchasing Bylaw details how operating departments can purchase goods and services they need at the lowest cost consistent with the required quality and to provide for an open and honest process in order to maintain the integrity of the process.
