We offer documents and information in alternate formats. Upon request, we will provide or arrange for the provision of accessible formats and communication supports for persons with disabilities, in consultation with the person making the request.
If a person with a disability needs a copy of a document or information in an alternate format, we will give the person the document, or, the information in a format that takes their disability into account. We will work together with the person to agree upon the format to be provided.
Assistive Devices
People with disabilities can use assistive devices to help them access our information and services. If a person can't access our information or services using their assistive device, we will:
- Determine if service or facility is inaccessible, based upon individual requirements
- Review service delivery and options to meet the needs of the individual
- Tell the person about alternative service and how they can access the service, temporarily or on a permanent basis
