Splashpad Information and How to Make a Reservation |

đź’¦ County of Brant Splashpads will be closing on Monday, September 7. A number of new protocols will be in place for visiting County of Brant Splashpads including online reservations for the time that you would like to visit. Here are the details:

Important information to read before visiting a splashpad |
Please read through the information below to ensure you are prepared for your visit: • Please complete the attached Informed Consent Agreement, return to the County of Brant by bringing a signed copy to your reservation. • Arrive 10 minutes before your reservation time and wait in the designated waiting area for the Splash pad Attendant to check you in prior to. • Your group is to come pre-changed in appropriate swim attire (for young children in diapers we recommend little swimmer diapers). Washrooms will be available but are not to be used as change rooms. • All children 10yrs and under must be accompanied and supervised by an parent/guardian (15yrs+) into the splash pad area who will enforce physical distancing with participants not within their social circle. • All patrons are asked to adhere to physical distancing standards, to use available sanitizing stations and avoid touching their face. • Please be courteous and share the space with other users, respecting all Covid-19 protocol in place. • At no time can a patron spit/spout splash pad water from their mouths, blow their nose in the spray features or urinate. Any of the above can result in you being asked to leave facility by staff. • In the event of inclement weather (thunder, lightning, heavy rain fall/wind) or mechanical failures the splash pad will be closed until it is safe to reopen. As a result, your reservation will be cancelled and will not be rescheduled. • You will be required to complete a self-assessment prior to entering the splash pad but if at any time before or during your visit you answer yes to any of the items below we ask you cancel your reservation: -Not feeling well or are exhibiting flu-like symptoms (incl. but not limited to cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, etc.), - Have been in contact with someone with Covid-19 and/or flu like symptoms in the previous 14 days, - Have been out of the country in the previous 14 days, - Are considered vulnerable or at risk (elderly, immunosuppressed persons, individuals suffering from serious health problems – notably high blood pressure, pulmonary diseases, diabetes, obesity and asthma). Pinehurst Lake
Pinehurst Lake is a nine-hectare (23-acre) kettle lake formed by a single piece of ice. The lake has a sandy beach and is surrounded by mature Carolinian forest.
From May to October, Pinehurst Lake is transformed into a summer playground offering camping, swimming, fishing, boating, picnicking and hiking opportunities.
