Join Fitness Instructor Jan Norris of S.A.F.E Zone, to participate in chair exercises you can do daily in the comfort of your home. Jan will discuss the benefits of chair based exercise to develop your cardio fitness, muscular strength, and flexibility.

Staying Mentally Healthy During COVID

With the challenges we’re currently faced with, our mental health is being affected. Join Lill Petrella, Team Lead of the Mental Health Promotion Program at CMHA, to learn what we can do to help keep ourselves mentally healthy while we wait out this pandemic.
