Brant Municipal Enterprises Inc. is accepting applications for one (1) vacancy on its Board of Directors

Brant Municipal Enterprises Inc. (BME) is an incorporated, municipally owned corporation with a primary focus on generating new revenues for the County of Brant while adding economic and social value to the community.

As a member of the BME Board of Directors, you will assist County Council with the analysis and development of business opportunities which create new revenues and build strategic relationships with the business community. Through your involvement on the Board of Directors, you will play a key role in the strategic growth and continued success of BME. You will bring experience with private sector boards and should have knowledge in the areas of corporate finance, business strategy, legal affairs, or marketing. Specific expertise in real estate and/ or renewable energy development would be an asset.

Private Directors on the BME Board receive Director Remuneration with a current compensation level of $500 per month.
