County of Brant 2025-2026 Fall/Winter Ice Requests

The County of Brant is currently accepting requests for the 2025-2026 Fall/Winter ice season (September 15, 2025 to March 29, 2026). All requests will be considered and ice will be allocated in accordance with the County of Brant, Sport Facility Allocation Policy after the May 15th 4:00 pm deadline. This policy along with more information can be found on our Ice and Floor Rentals webpage
Once contracts are completed you will be contacted to review your contract and sign off on the scheduled dates and times.
Ice Request Forms:
- Please complete one Ice Request Online Form for each pad requested.
Special Events and Tournaments
- Please complete one Ice Request Online Form for each special event
- Indicate the exact days and times for each ice pad(s)
- Please complete the Banquet Hall/Meeting Room Request Online Form if rooms are needed.
Please submit the necessary forms no later than Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 4:00 pm. Any submissions after the due date will be dealt with on a first-come, first serve basis, if ice time is still available
