2026 Spring/Summer ice requests are due on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 4:00 pm!
All requests will be considered, and ice will be allocated in accordance with the County of Brant, Sport Facility Allocation Policy after the January 15, 2026, 4:00 pm deadline. This policy along with the Facility Cancellation Policy and Recreation Facility Booking Policy can be found on our Ice and Floor Rentals webpage

If you require ice time between March 30, 2026 to September 13, 2026, which includes any pre fall/winter season and tryout ice times from mid-August to September 13th, please ensure your request is submitted by the deadline.
Please note the following closures:
Gurney Pad:
- closed April 7 to 10 from 6:00 am – 4:00 pm only
- closed June 22 to 26 from 6:00 am – 4:00 pm only
- closed August 4 to 7 from 6:00 am – 4:00 pm only
Davis Pad:
- closed April 7 to 10 from 6:00 am – 4:30 pm only
- closed June 22 to 26 from 6:00 am – 4:30 pm only
- closed August 4 to 7 from 6:00 am – 4:30 pm only
Please complete the ice request form online at www.brant.ca/icerequest and submit it to the facility booking office no later than Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 4:00 pm. Any submissions received after the due date, will be dealt with on a first come, first serve basis, if ice time is still available.

For any Special Events, please complete 1 ice request form for each event. If any Banquet Halls or Rooms are required for the event, please complete the banquet hall and room request form attached or at www.brant.ca/hallrequest
