Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, the County of Brant has adjusted how Planning Act application notices are distributed. While direct mailing to adjacent landowners is temporarily unavailable, we’ve implemented alternative measures to ensure compliance with notification requirements:
- Posting signs on the property in question.
- Publishing notices in local newspapers.
- Sharing notices via email with residents who have requested updates.
- Adding notices of current planning applications to our Active Applications webpage.
