The County of Brant Fire Department is holding a dedication ceremony at the Cainsville Fire Station

The County of Brant Fire Department is holding a Dedication Ceremony to honour and pay tribute to County of Brant Firefighters from the Cainsville Fire Station who are no longer with us.
Fittingly, the ceremony will be held on International Firefighters Day.
The Ceremony will honour fallen Firefighters Troy Cummerson and Dave Monkhouse, as well as past members of the Cainsville Fire Station: Mike Couperus, Harold Rutherford, Larry Brown, Roger Tottle, and Murray Thompson.
Ceremony details:
Date: Saturday, May 4, 2024
Time: 10:00 am
Location: Cainsville Fire Station - 17 Ewart Avenue, Cainsville
The ceremony will include speeches, a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and a moment of silence to honour our fallen heroes.
The original monument was donated by the Rees family in honour of their son, Mark Rees.
