West River Street Reconstruction 2024 – Temporary Road Closure, November 19-20

Please be advised of a temporary road closure taking place on West River Street at Charlotte Street in Paris. The closure is expected to last from Tuesday, November 19, 5:00 pm until Wednesday, November 20, 7:00 am. Full details are listed below:

Location: West River Street at Charlotte Street

Work Dates: Tuesday, November 19, 5:00 pm until Wednesday, November 20, 7:00 am

Work Performed by: BEECH Infrastructure Group Ltd. for County of Brant

Reason: Full road reconstruction including replacement of watermain, storm, sanitary sewer, and road resurfacing

Details:

• No through traffic, no local traffic, no emergency traffic to Charlotte Street from the south end of West River Street
• Charlotte Street will be down to one lane of traffic, no left turn onto West River Street
• 18 to 92 West River Street access from Mechanic Street, William Street, Henry Foster Lane, Keeton Lane
• 21 to 69 on the east side of West River Street access from Mechanic Street, William Street, Henry Foster Lane, Keeton Lane
• Access for other West River Street properties from Broadway Street West, Charlotte Street
• All residents will have access to their driveways overnight
