West River Street Reconstruction 2024 – Temporary Road Closure, October 24-25

Please be advised of a temporary road closure taking place at 84 and 86 West River Street in Paris from Thursday, October 24, 5:00 pm until Friday, October 25, 7:00 am . Full details are listed below:

Location: 84 & 86 West River Street, Paris

Work Dates: Thursday, October 24, 5:00 pm until Friday, October 25, 7:00 am 

Work Performed by: BEECH Infrastructure Group Ltd. for County of Brant

Reason: Full road reconstruction including replacement of watermain, storm, sanitary sewer, and road resurfacing

Details:

• No through traffic, no local access, no emergency access between 84 & 86 West River Street
• 84 and 86 West River Street will not have driveway access
• Residents from 18 to 84 will be able to access West River Street from Mechanic Street or William Street, as well as the laneways
• The remainder of the residents on West River Street will have access from Charlotte Street or Broadway Street
