Winter Storm Warning Issued for this Weekend

Environment Canada has issued a Winter Storm Warning for this weekend, with snowfall accumulations of 20 to 30 cm expected from this morning through Sunday evening.

With blowing snow and reduced visibility in the forecast, we urge residents to avoid nonessential travel whenever possible. If you must go out, plan ahead and drive according to changing weather conditions.

County of Brant road crews are ready to respond. We ask for your patience—never pass a snowplow. Parked vehicles are a major obstacle for snowplows; please remove them from the road. Let’s work together to keep roads clear and safe!
