Drop-in Activities
The below drop-in programs are free to attend with no registration required.

In partnership with the County of Brant, the Brantford Seniors Resource Centre will be hosting a weekly drop-in program at the Syl Apps Community Centre. Participants can look forward to coffee and snacks, games, arts, and the opportunity to visit. if you have questions, contact the Seniors Resource Centre directly at 519.309.3022. |
Registered Fitness Activities
The County offers a variety of fitness classes at various County of Brant locations for seniors. View Fitness Class information and schedule below. Registration is required.
Registered Sport Activities
Purchase online, or in-person at the Brant Sports Complex. Registration is open. Register online or in person at the Brant Sports Complex.

| Brant Outdoor Active Adults is a not-for-profit organization for adults interested in active participation in group hiking, cycling, paddling, and outdoor winter activities on Brant County and nearby trails and waterways. For more information, visit the Brant Outdoor Active Adults website. |
| Ontario Senior Game Association 55+ |

The OSGA 55+ is an organization to promote all Ontarians 55+ to participate in District and Provincial games designed to promote mutual respect, among participants, volunteers and all those responsible for the Games, for each other, the rules and the spirit of fair play. Visit the Ontario Senior Game Association webpage for more information. Update: Volunteer Call District 25 Brant-Haldimand-Norfolk 55+ Summer Games – 2025 District 25 is a local committee consisting of the County of Brant. City of Brantford, Norfolk County, Haldimand County and Six Nations, that runs local games in these communities for 55+ residents. This District is part of the Ontario Seniors Games Association (OSGA). For more information on OSGA, visit www.osga55plus.ca. The committee is gearing up for the 2025 Summer Games and is looking for energetic volunteers to join the committee or to help volunteer at events. For more information, email Lisa Koekoek.
