The County of Brant is home to 41 different parks; 24 of these have playground equipment. Our parks use bylaw aims to make sure all residents can enjoy the use of our parks.

Park Hours
- All parks are open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm unless otherwise posted.
- Organized sports or activities must start after 8:00 am on weekends and holidays.
Parks Use Regulations
Activities that are not allowed in our community parks include:
- Riotous, boisterous, violent or illegal conduct, creating a nuisance, or acting in any matter that could cause damage or injury.
- Climbing buildings, structures or equipment unless they are designed for climbing.
- Bringing animals into the park except domesticated animals on leashes or tethers (includes horses and ponies).
- Dogs must be leashed unless you visit the County of Brant's off-leash dog park.
- Filming, photographing, videotaping or broadcasting footage from parks for profit, unless you get a permit or are doing wedding photography.
- Carrying firearms or offensive weapons.
- Igniting, discharging or setting off any fireworks.
- Dumping garbage, soil, trimmings or litter of any kind.
- Killing, trapping, hunting, fishing or pursuing animals or wildlife.
- Consuming, selling or serving alcohol.
- Lighting, building or stoking fire.
- Using any radio or sound reproducing device that disturbs or interferes with other people in the park.
- Swimming or wading in any water where it is posted as prohibited.
- Dwelling, camping or lodging in any park.
- Operating any powered aircraft models, rockets, watercrafts or vehicles.
- Riding, driving, operating or possessing motorized recreational vehicles within the park.
