Our water bylaw outlines the regulations affecting municipal drinking water in the County, including watering restrictions.
The County of Brant Operational Plan helps us ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and that you can be confident your drinking water will be protected. Source Water Protection Plans are also in place to ensure Ontario's drinking water resources are protected.

Quality Management System Policy
The County of Brant is committed to providing its consumers a safe drinking water supply that meets the requirements of all applicable legislation. We are committed to the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Drinking Water Quality Management Standard. The County shall require the principles of the Quality Management System in the operation, design and construction of the County's Drinking Water Systems be followed.
