Accessible Parking Permits
Vehicles used by persons with disabilities are required to display an Accessible Parking Permit to park in an accessible parking space.
Notes:
- Any person who parks in an accessible space without displaying a permit is guilty of an offence and on conviction is liable of a fine of no less than $300.00
- Any person who is displaying an Accessible Parking Permit is exempt from time limits in County owned parking lots, and any street spaces where a sign is displayed with a time limit is displayed.
