Parking
As of October 7, 2025, the County of Brant will use a new Administrative Penalty System process for the administration and adjudication of Parking Penalty Notices. The Administrative Penalty System helps to speed up the process by resolving minor by-law infractions in a shorter period of time through a municipally-run resolution process. For more information on this process or how to pay your penalty notice, visit our Parking Penalty Notices webpage
