The Cowan Community Health Hub building will be comprised of sustainable design features such as a vegetated “green” roof, highly insulated building envelope, solar panels, electric vehicle charging stations, and energy efficient fixtures and equipment. Construction will begin in the near future and is expected to be completed in spring of 2022.
Cost and Fundraising Information
The cost of the Cowan Community Health Hub is approximately 13 million dollars and a $2 million dollar fundraising campaign will help lower costs. For more information about fundraising, please visit the fundraising page or view the Cowan Community Health Hub campaign booklet.
The project is anticipated to be cost neutral to the County of Brant
