The County of Brant is advising the community that after the adoption by County of Brant Council on July 28, 2026 and the end of the appeal period on August 17, 2026, at 4:00pm, there have been appeals filed regarding both the Official Plan Amendment and Community Planning Permit By-law.

August 21 at 2:00 pm is also the deadline for registered candidates to withdraw their candidacy.
