Cemetery Decoration Days in the County of Brant
Cemetery Decoration Days are a meaningful opportunity for families and community members to come together in remembrance, reflection and respect. These special days provide a time to visit the final resting places of loved ones, place flowers and mementos at gravesites, and honour the lives and legacies of those who have passed.
When visiting a cemetery for Decoration Day, please keep the following in mind:
- Family and friends are welcome to place real or artificial flowers at gravesites.
- For the safety of cemetery staff and visitors, glass containers, pottery and wire decorations are not permitted.
