The Contractor is scheduled to begin work on the sanitary forcemain on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, working until the end of September 2026. Residents are advised there may be open pits in their front yard of their properties to bring service to the property line. The pits will be fenced off for safety.
Please be advised that Kitchen School Road, between German School Road and Governor's Road East, will be closed at various times from Tuesday, August 4 to Friday, August 7, 2026, for culvert replacement work.
Where: Willow Street at Joseph Brant intersection in Paris
Why: To perform storm main installation at Willow Street and Joseph Brant intersection
Starting on Friday, August 7, Fowler Bridge - located on East Quarter Townline Road between Highway 53 and Sixth Concession Road - will be closed for bridge maintenance. During this time, there will be no through traffic.
Dundas St E, Paris Rd and Oak Park Rd is on schedule!
This multi year infrastructure project is replacing aging underground services and will improve how the road functions for drivers, pedestrians, businesses, and future employment growth in the area.
Overnight work on Grand River Street North will begin on Monday, July 20.
Langford Church Road Bridge repair will begin on Tuesday, July 21. During this time, Langford Church Road will be closed at the bridge.
To keep vehicles moving on Dundas Street and from downtown, Washington Street access to Dundas Street will remain closed.
Final watermain connections and service connections to businesses on Grand River Street north, north of William Street are scheduled to start tomorrow, Tuesday, July 14. During this time, the contractor will work 24-hour shifts to complete the work as soon as possible.
