Fireworks Safety Tips

- Do not set off fireworks in windy conditions or during unsuitable weather
- Always read and follow the manufacturer's safety instructions
- Use fireworks in a clear, open area away from people, structures, and flammable materials
- Have a bucket of water or a fire extinguisher nearby in case of emergencies
- Once fireworks are discharged, ensure all materials are fully extinguished
- Never approach or try to relight fireworks that don’t go off – wait at least 30 minutes and then soak them with water
- Never attempt to repair defective fireworks
