Grand River Street North - Watermain Final Connections

Overnight work on Grand River Street North will begin on Monday, July 20.

The Contractor is scheduled to begin work on Monday, July 20 at 4:00 am, to complete a service connection to a business. On Tuesday, July 21, the Contractor will be working overnight to complete the final stage of watermain connections.

When?

• July 20, 2026 to July 22, 2026

Impacts:

• Noise/light: Heavy equipment and dump trucks will be operating during early morning and overnight work activities. Additional lighting will also be onsite for worker safety.
• Service Disruption: Water service will be turned off for properties along Grand River Street North from William Street to 139 Grand River Street North. Impacted properties will receive specific notification outlining the date and time of the water service interruption.
