Highway 403 / Rest Acres Road Construction Update - Week of May 25

For the week of May 25, 2026, the Ministry of Transportation has informed the County of Brant that ramp closures will continue at Highway 403 and Rest Acres Road. 

The Ministry of Transportation has tentatively scheduled the following ramp closures:

·       Monday, May 25, from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm,

o   Highway 403 eastbound ramp will be closed to those travelling both north and south on Rest Acres Road.

o   Those travelling southbound on Rest Acres Road to Highway 403 westbound, the ramp will be closed   

 

·       Tuesday, May 26, from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm,

o   Highway 403 eastbound ramp will be closed to those travelling both north and south on Rest Acres Road

o   Highway 403 westbound ramp will be closed to those travelling both north and south on Rest Acres Road

o   Those travelling southbound on Rest Acres Road to Highway 403 westbound, ramp will be closed.

 

·       Wednesday, May 27 – Friday, May 29, from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, those travelling southbound on Rest Acres Road to Highway 403 westbound, ramp will be closed.

Construction plans change quickly. Visit 511on.ca for up-to-date information on closures.  The Ontario 511 website is managed by the Ministry of Transportation.
