AppleFest returns to St. George this weekend!

Please review the parking and road impacts below and plan ahead when travelling through St. George.

Road Closures

Main Street South (from the Beverly Street intersection to High Street)

• Starting Friday, September 18, 2026, at 4:00 pm to Sunday, September 20, 2026, at 9:00 pm.
• Road will be closed to motorists and cyclists. No through traffic; emergency access only. Barricades will be in place.

Main Street South (from High Street to Thompson Street), High Street (from Main Street South to Lorimer Street), and West Street

• Starting Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 6:00 am to Sunday, September 20, 2026, at 9:00 pm.
• Roads will be closed to motorists and cyclists. No through traffic; emergency access only. Barricades will be in place.

No Parking

High Street, South Street, Thompson Street, West Street, Snowball Street, Church Street, Lillian Street, King William Street, Victor Street and Beverly street

• Friday, September 18, 2026, to Sunday, September 20, 2026.
• Temporary no-parking/no-stopping zones will be posted. The existing no-parking zones will be reinforced.

Municipal Parking Lots 8 and 9

• Parking Lot 8 closes Friday, September 18, 2026, at 2:00 pm
• Parking Lot 9 closes Friday September 18, 2026, at 8:00 am
• Both will reopen Sunday, September 20, 2026, by 9:00 pm
• Parking lots will be fully closed

Additional Traffic Impacts 

Lorimer Street

• Saturday, September 19, 2026, and Sunday, September 20, 2026, from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
• Open to local traffic only 

The St. George Road corridor

• Saturday, September 19, 2026, and Sunday, September 20, 2026, from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
• Northbound trucks will be diverted at German School Road via Brant Road (Highway 24) to Highway 5
• Southbound trucks will be diverted at Howell Road via Brant Road (Highway 24) to German's School Road
