New Traffic Control Signal installation on Colborne Street West at Pleasant Ridge Road, Forced Road

The County of Brant will be installing traffic control signals at the intersection of Colborne Street West, Pleasant Ridge Road an Forced Road. 

What and where is the construction happening?

  • Installation of a new traffic control signals at the intersection of Colborne Street West, Pleasant Ridge Road and Forced Road. Activation of these signals is scheduled for June 2026.

When?

  • Monday, May 4 through to Tuesday, June 30, 2026. (Weather permitting) 

Why?

  • Traffic signals will improve vehicular and pedestrian movement at this intersection

Changes during construction period?

  • Intersection impacts: Minimal
  • Road or Sidewalk impacts: Occasional lane closures
