Notice of work on Dundas Street East

Please be advised on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, the eastbound lanes on Dundas Street East at the Curtis Ave. N/S intersection will be reduced to one lane. Traffic through the Curtis Ave N/S Intersection will be controlled by a police officer to help maintain safe and orderly traffic flow.

On August 12 to August 13, the Dundas Street East and Paris Road intersection may be reduced to one lane and will be controlled by a police officer to help maintain safe and orderly traffic flow.

Residents and motorists are asked to slow down, follow the directions of the police officer and allow extra time for travel while this lane reduction is in effect.

When?

  • August 11, 2026 at Dundas Street East and Curtis Ave Intersection
  • August 12 to August 13, 2026 at Dundas Street East and Paris Road Intersection

Why?

  • August 11 - To complete the installation of watermain within the intersection Curtis Ave. N/S and Dundas Street East
  • August 12 to 13 – To complete the paving of base asphalt in the intersection of Dundas Street East and Paris Road. 

Impacts:

  • Intersection impacts: Intersection of Dundas Street East and Curtis Ave N/S and the intersection of Dundas Street East and Paris Road.
  • Road or sidewalk impacts: Dundas Street East will have lane reductions.
