Paris East Flats Phase 1 Construction - Willow Street closure at Smith Street East intersection

As part of the East Flats Phase 1 Construction Project, Willow Street at the Smith Street East intersection will be closed tomorrow.

Please follow all posted detour signs and allow extra travel time when planning your route.

When?

• Friday, August 7, 2026
• Note: dates are tentative and subject to change based on weather conditions

Why? 

• To perform storm main installation at Willow Street and Smith Street East intersection

Impacts:

• Road impacts: Willow Street at Smith Street East no access for through traffic
• Detour routes: Motorists are to follow posted signs and detour route along Walnut Street
