Paris Terry Fox Run this Sunday

The Paris Terry Fox Run returns this Sunday, September 20 beginning at 11:00 am. Approximately 150 participants will walk, run or wheel the 5 km route. Increased pedestrian activity is expected near the high school parking lot entrance and along the marked route.

  • Paris District High School on Grand River Street North

Date/Time:

  • Sunday, September 20, 2026, beginning at 11:00 am

Road Use:

Grand River Street North near Paris District High School and at St. Patrick Street

  • Sunday, September 20, 2026, beginning at 11:00 am
  • No road closure is planned. OPP may assist with traffic control at the high school crossing if available. Participants will use the traffic lights at St. Patrick Street for the second crossing. Temporary traffic cones may be placed on the roadway, and short delays may occur while participants cross.

Capron Street, Banfield Street, Jane Street, Baird Street, St. Andrew Street, St. George Street, Hiram Road, St. Patrick Street, Riverview Terrace, Bayly Drive and Paris Links Road

  • Sunday, September 20, 2026, while the 5 km route is active starting at 11:00 am
  • Participants will travel along the marked route. Drivers should expect pedestrians and use extra caution. No parking restrictions are planned.
