Public Notice - Curb and Sidewalk installation on Main Street in Paris

Curb and Sidewalk installation will begin on Main Street in Paris on Wednesday, April 29.

What and where is construction happening?

• Curb and sidewalk installation on Main Street between Washington Street and Creeden Street, including intersections.

When?

• Wednesday, April 29 to Wednesday, May 6, 2026

Changes during construction period?

• Intersection impacts: Main Street and Washington Street will remain closed to through traffic, expect minor delays at the intersection of Main Street and Ball Street
• Noise/light: Working hours are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, expect construction noise
• Parking: The parking bay will be closed between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm to facilitate construction activities. Residents are encouraged to park on side streets outside of the work area. All vehicles located within the construction site must be moved between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm.
• Access (personal driveways, services or amenities): While curb and sidewalk works are occurring, driveway access will be impacted for approximately 4 days from the time that the sidewalk is poured.
• Garbage: Please have garbage, recycling and yard waste to the curb at 7:00 am
