Surplus Land Sale
The County of Brant currently owns an unopened road allowance on lands commonly identified as Lane Block 44, Plan 2M1968; County of Brant, being PIN 32053-1136, located in the former Township of Paris.
The County is proposing to declare the land as a surplus to be sold by direct sale to an abutting property owner. A portion of the lands will remain in public ownership to create a walkway between Court Drive and Summit Park.
