Temporary Intersection Closures - Tom Brown Drive in Paris

Construction will begin on Monday to connect the Losani Block 99 development to Tom Brown Drive. Work will begin at the intersection of Edgar Place and Tom Brown Drive and will be completed before construction begins at the intersection of Masters Lane and Tom Brown Drive. 

Where:

• Construction will occur at the intersections of:
  • Edgar Place and Tom Brown Drive 
  • Masters Lane and Tom Brown Drive

When?

• Monday, August 10, 2026 to Friday, August 14, 2026 (provided there are no delays).

Why?

• Connecting the Block 99 site to the existing watermain on Tom Brown Drive.

Changes during construction period?

• Intersection impacts: Vehicular access at the intersections listed above will be closed throughout construction.
• Road or sidewalk impacts: Pedestrian access will remain open.
• Noise/light: Typical construction schedule of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
• Access (personal driveways, services or amenities): Access will be accommodated for any applicable driveways.
