There are two types of tax pre-authorized payment plans available. This allows payments to be automatically withdrawn from your bank account on pre-determined dates.

11 month Payment Plan

  • The 11 month payment plan begins in January and continues monthly through to November. No payments are necessary for December. The first monthly payments are calculated based on the previous year's taxes. The final payments are calculated on the final amount due.
  • Residents will receive a letter notifying their new monthly amount.
  • Plans started through the year are pro-rated.
  • Monthly payments are either on the 1st of the 15th of each month.

Due Date Payment Plan

  • The due date plan withdraws the installment amount on the regular tax due dates.
