Application Process and Checklist
If you are eligible (as noted in the above information):
- Complete the online Application Form, attach the Contractor’s Estimate and the proof of house insurance claim for basement flooding incident
- The Contractor’s Estimate must detail the work to be completed including all costs. Attach an image of the estimate to this form.
- You will be notified by the County of Brant advising if your grant application has been approved or denied. If denied, you will be advised of the reason.
If you are approved:
- Arrange for a qualified contractor to perform the approved work within six months of receiving notification of the grant approval.
- Submit a copy of the paid invoice and photos of the approved and completed work to the County of Brant by emailing operations@brant.ca within six months of receiving notification of the grant approval.
